Return Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us with your order number and details about the product. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry. In the event that you received an incorrect or defective item, etc, we will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and expedite a refund in full if the return is a result of our error.
Shipping:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours Monday through Friday EST to a standard address within the US. We guarantee delivery only to the address that was provided on the order. Shipping cannot be guaranteed on time to incorrect or incomplete address. We can NOT deliver to a PO BOX or an address outside of the US including US territories. Shipping rates and delivery options will be available at checkout. Depending on the shipping service you select will determine the estimated shipping and transit time. UPS ground service is usually 3 to 5 business day transit depending on your US location. Next day and second day services are also available. Please note that delays may occur due to weather, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges are based on weight and location of your order. We do not have control over the shipping rates and may be subject to change.
